Lemon Filled Cream Puffs
I love, love, love cream puffs. You can put just about anything inside them and I’m happy to gobble them up. Well, anything but banana pudding. The funny thing is, I’m not keen on banana flavored foods, but it just so happens to be Farm Joe’s favorite! Go figure. I want chocolate, he wants banana, happens every time.
Anyway, this is one of those, “Almost Homemade” recipes of mine. You can put virtually any of your favorite fillings inside. For this one, I put lemon in half of them and then of course for Farmer Joe I put in banana pudding. Yuck! But, he loved them and that’s all the matters. What would be your favorite filling?
