Loaded Potato Cakes

Yesterday I made Loaded Mashed Potatoes. They were beyond delicious! I always try to keep a little left overs because the next day I can make I honestly don’t know which I like the best, the Loaded Mashed Potatoes or the Loaded Potato Cakes. There’s so much flavor your mouth will do a happy dance with each bit. Here’s the Loaded Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Aside from your left over Loaded Mashed Potatoes, all you need to make these scrumptious Loaded Potato Cakes are flour, eggs and butter. If you’d like you can garnish them with a dollop of sour cream, your favorite cheese and a sprinkle of chives.

To make the Loaded Potato Cakes, simply add the flour and eggs. Mix well and form into rounded patties.

Melt the butter in a skillet and place the patties in the butter. Brown on one side before turning.

Once you have a golden brown crust on one side, flip and brown on the other side.

These delicious, mouthwatering potato cakes were made using left over Loaded Mashed Potatoes.

    I love recipes like this. My mom used to make potato cakes when she was alive. Thank you for bringing back the memory. I will have to remember to try these~They look delicious!
