Quick Amish Dinner Rolls

  1. 2 Tablespoons Yeast
  2. 3/4 Cup warm wart 110 Degrees
  3. 1/4 Cup Sugar
  4. 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  5. 1 egg beaten
  6. 1/2 Cup butter melted
  7. 3-3 1/2 Cups flour
  1. Preheat oven 375
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar and brown sugar. (Let foam)
  3. Add salt, egg, butter, and 1 cup of flour at a time. Form into ball.
  4. Grease all sides of dough and return to bowl.
  5. Cover, let rise until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down and shape into balls; let rise for another 30 minutes or longer.
  7. Bast for 8-12 minutes.
  8. Optional, brush with garlic butter or butter and serve.
